Asphalt — two years
Workmanship on new asphalt paving, overlays, and repairs, warranted for two years from completion. Most paving contracts carry one year; ours carries two.
Concrete — one year
Flatwork, curbs, ramps, and structural pours — workmanship warranted for one year from completion.
Seal coating — manufacturer's warranty
Sealer carries the manufacturer's product warranty, and we apply it to their spec so the warranty holds.
